The formula of the Iso Pro protein from Nutriversum includes whey isolate, milk hydrolysate, as well as free-form amino acids, namely leucine, isoleucine and valine. Whey isolate forms the basis of this protein. This protein is characterized by a fast rate of assimilation and high biological value. Moreover, the proportion of fats and carbohydrates in the composition of such a protein is minimal. Milk hydrolysate also contains a minimum of fats and carbohydrates. The BCAAs included in its formula, namely leucine, isoleucine and valine, enhance the positive effect of this protein. These amino acids are valuable not only because they create conditions for muscle growth and the fight against catabolism, but also because they can be spent on the energy needs of the body. This is why BCAAs are often used during drying and dieting.

Method of application

To get one serving, mix 1 scoop of protein (25 g) with 250 ml of cold water (milk). Drink 1 serving a day immediately after training. On rest days – immediately after a night's sleep
